SY 2013-2014 will be my sixth year teaching 7th grade World History at Moultrie Middle School.  I graduated from Mount Saint Mary's University in Emmittsburg, Maryland.  I am endorsed in the area of teaching Gifted and Talented children through courses I have taken at the College of Charleston.
Charleston has been home for me and my family for the past 22 years.  I have three children who have all attended Moultrie Middle School!  I love teaching seventh grade and I am thoroughly looking forward to the up and coming school year.

7th grade World History explores a wide variety of topics.  In addition to important events, people and places, we will study different cultures, geography, types of governments, as well as societies and the influences
that shift and change them. The course will entail periods of history from the 1300's to modern day.
