I am in my sixth year of teaching orchestra at Moultrie. Previously, I taught orchestra in Hilton Head for 1 year and spent 19 years in Lexington District One.
I grew up in Lexington and graduated from the University of South Carolina with a Bachelor's of Music degree. (Go Gamecocks!) After teaching for awhile, I earned my Master's of Education; Emphasis in Creative Arts from Lesley University, Boston Mass.
I absolutely love teaching and living in Mt. Pleasant! When I am not playing my viola or teaching, you will find me spending time with family and friends and splashing in the ocean!
