All rising 7^th grade students are required to have a Tdap vaccine prior to beginning school in August.

Please turn in your student’s most recent immunization record to the clinic by emailing it to the nurse gregg_davis@charleston.k12.sc.us or faxing it to the clinic at (854) 800-4073.
